Hello!

Just out of interest, has anyone tried using a "<select>" tag within xhtml
strict?

I'm trying to do it and getting the following error:

Line 27, column 23:
      <select name="type">
                         ^
Error: element "select" not allowed here; possible cause is an inline
element containing a block-level element

The only other elements it is inside are <form>, <td>, <table> and all are
closed properly. I've read the DTD and there is no reason why this should
be happening! All ideas greatfully recieved...

Matt
