Thanks Andy, Thanks for the info regarding the registration, passport, etc. Not ready for RedHat, Mandrake, or any Linux, just yet.
However, I can't get the "activate windows" task to work. It keeps telling me I don't have an internet connection. I'm going to go to the website to see if I can get it done that way.
