They have regular articles on email marketing that sometimes cover design.Has anyone had to create HTML newsletters for their clients and is there a good place to read about the dos and don'ts when creating (size, coding practices etc, dealing with aol users, etc)? I'm being asked to come up with some guidelines for a design and implementation of an HTML newsletter. Any good references, tips and/or pointers would be appreciated!
