Hi,
I did something really stupid. I was doing a php form in Dreamweaver MX.
Every time I went to view the form in the browser I'd get this popup window
telling me I needed to chose a server or some such thing. Ok, back up here,
I don't doooo php, but the form has to be php ... don't ask ...
Well, I kept choosing NO but finally got sick of the stupid window popping
up and decided to pick YES and figured I could choose IE or something
like that ... wrong answer.
I wound up choosing php/mysql or something of that nature. Now I
can't view ANY pages in my browsers, IE or NS.
I have no clue where to look to back out of this so I can get things
back to normal.
I closed out DW and now it won't open, I keep getting a fatal exception
error.
I've tried grabbing a copy of my DW config off my laptop and replacing
the "bad" config on the desktop computer. DW still won't open, still getting
the fatal exception error. So, I put the original config back in place.
Now it gets even more strange ... trying to view the same .php page on
my laptop .. I don't get that pop up window, I can view them fine, just as
though they're .html files.
I've posted to the MM boards, at least an hour ago no helpful responses.
Any ideas how to back out of this?
thanks,
Deb
