This is crazy.  Since I wrote several emails concerning the problem
with closing DW, I haven't had the problem.  I believe I would have
the problem with Win 98, because I realize now DW is a very large
program.  I have a bad habit of having 4-6 programs open at the
same time.

When I would use ctrl+alt+delete, I would have that dialog box
frozen also.  I usually do that with problem programs, but in this
case, it didn't work.  It was very frustrating, but as I said above,
it's not happening anymore.
