Sounds like you're referencing Access 9 libraries (i.e. Access 2000) in your
code. You can do any of the following:

-- Make your references to Access 8 libraries (Access 97)
-- Create your DB using the DAO 2.1 library
-- Use the VisData utility in VB to create an Access 97 database and then
programmatically flesh that one out
