Thanks BJ - I've emailed my customer to try it. Diane If I had to guess, I'd say people are trying to subscribe but entering an invalid email address, and when the confirmation email (from your site) gets bounced back to your site, the site sends the original sender (you) a confirmation email. Or something. Why not try registering with an invalid email address to check this?
