Could it be a CSS style for a visited link (e.g. a:visited{})?

I've hit something I've not seen before and I'm hoping the list can help
me out.
A client reports that on his browser (IE 5.0) that after clicking on a
graphic, which is also a link, and then going back to the page, that
there is a dotted line box around that graphic. I don't see this on
mine, and so it's really hard to trouble shoot.
Has anyone ever seen this before?
