Hi Joseph,

What program are you using to record voice?  Mp3 could do that very
well.  The audio program I use (that you can save to mp3 with) is Sonic
Foundry Sound Forge XP 4.5d:

Alternatively, you could save the file as WAV, and then convert it to
MP3.  Several handy utilities for doing this are at download.com:
