I agree with you Abigail, perhaps that is their new hobby, sabotage!

While I had Win 98 on my computer, every service pack messed up my
computer.  My computer wasn't very stable.  After upgrading to Win XP,
I find that windows is much more stable, and service packs generally seem
to help the performance.  I just wish that every download wasn't 2-3 MB.
I am very selective with the service packs.  I always accept the critical
updates, and the others I check out before I make a decision.
