Generally I set lists to no mail or unsubscribe/resubscribe.

I don't know if it is possible to setup a custom filter that would move
list message to another folder and stop processing on them before the
"out of office" filter  or if you could setup an "exception" on the out
of office filter. You might ask you system administrator.
