Hi Patrick, I had a look at it in Netscape 7, and in IE6 so I could be sure they matched up. Each looks to be holding up the same. There is a two pixel white line that crosses underneath the side menu - it looks like maybe the background tile ended on the wrong color so it's ends doubled up the white. Minor thing.
As for design, those are good blues and very tidy, but maybe a little too monochromatic for my tastes. Might try warming it up a bit.
