How can I control the shape size and attributes of the window or frame that
I am using in the following code ?

<b>- Catfish Speaker - <a href="finley.html" target="_blank">Lee
Finley</a> - Also owner of
in this case finley.html keeps opening in a full browser window with all the
bars etc. I want to control its position and appearance, I have tried the
following but it did not work.
<a href="finley.html" target="_blank", 'left=5 top=25 width=575 height=
500'>
I have also tried the following
<a href="javascript:;window.open('finley.html','_blank','left=5 top=25
width=575 height= 500');">
This however wiped out my original browser window and replaced it with a
page with [object] on it.
So in summary how can I control the appearance of the target frames?
Any help is highly appreciated.
