Has anyone ever come up with an alternative way to set body margins that
will validate with W3C's HTML 4.01 Transitional?  I'm using the typical:

  <BODY leftmargin="0" topmargin="0" marginwidth="0" marginheight="0"
style="margin:0;padding:0">

and this is one of the few errors I have left.  Couldn't find much of
anything doing a Google.
