Zhao, Zone Alarm has a free program in addition to Zone Alarm Pro, their product: http://www.zonelabs.com/
I use it and am happy with it.
Some people I know use Tiny Personal Firewall: http://www.tinypersonalfirewall.com/
I think Tiny Personal Firewall was free also, but when I used it, I had some conflict problems, so don't use anymore.
