An application for a client uses pop-up (child) windows for help. The problem, the users "lose" the pop-up windows (when the full-screen parent resumes focus) and are calling the help desk. >:-(
We're experimenting with modal dialogs... but wondering if there is a way to use window.open(yada, yada) and maintain the window on top.
