For some reason I have never been able to use any Norton product. I've tried Utilities and their virus protection on at least two systems and both caused immediate and total constipation. I now use F-prot virus protection from Frisk Software in Iceland. Costs $25 a year and I highly recommend it to people as adept with computers as you folks all are. Me? Well, it takes me a while to implement it after I download it. Ignorance is not always bliss...
