The answer to your question about the pro's and con's of Unix vs. Windows as
a server is a broad category. Are you running a local intranet? What kind of
applications do you want to run on intranet? Is there internet access? Are
you running a web server? Are you running a file server, etc? More
information is required to answer your question.
