Hi Brooke; I am running Win2K with OutLook Express - I imagine it's the same. I back some e-mails to CD by dragging and dropping them from Outook to the CD Window. You can do a Select All (CTRL+A) and copy them all at once if they are in the same folder. Or you can hold down shift to select a group of e-mails to copy in Outlook.
