It's a very interesting article about using strictly css to format content with a
detached stylesheet. ("presentation separate from content"), and postulating that this
is the way of the future.
It proposes a style formula to link the html document to several (3?) style sheets:
the first with bare-bones css for older browsers, with a NN4 hack added in to add
styles for NN4 only, and then another hack to link-in (@import) a style sheet for
modern browsers. A cascading effect of style sheets and their application you might
say.
It has some good link references to css browser limitations, css hacks, etc. which
I've seen but never bookmarked (until today).
