Thanks, Kim, I'll be sure to check on that. And it is entirely possible
she's got an ancient version of Stuffit, as she'd just upgraded from a
pretty old Mac machine (which still sits on the other side of her office, I
believe) and I expect she loaded some of the old programs on to the new
machine. Stuffit may have been one of them. Or it could also be the setting
problem too - I've had that happen often enough on my PC. I think if I can
get over to her place some time soon, I'll go to the URL Franni put up and
download Stuffit and save these emails to a disk to take with me. I should
be able to get it sorted out one way or another now.
