Loads basically instantly for me (TI through work, Win2K IE6, screen res 1024 x 768.) I think the site looks very good --clean but still visually interesting.
I'll throw in my 2c with two small quibbles:
(a) I think it would be nice if the captions on the pages always matched the menu captions, or else if the page one is currently on was highlighted in the menu. I became a little disoriented when I saw I was on the page captioned "About JDivisions", but didn't immediately remember which menu entry got me there [Company]...
(b) I personally don't feel there's much value in the "Good Afternoon Friday July 18, 2003" line on every page. I mean, um, I know what day it is without the site telling me :), and the greeting doesn't feel personal enough to create some sort of connection, so to me it just seems to be taking up space--while sitting in a prime location at the top of each page.
However, these are small things, and YMMV. Nice site.
