: Tim:
: I agree with Jan - it's a very relaxing, light site - not too
: funny, not too serious. The guy obviously enjoys life, which
: makes me think I'd use his services. Colors are good, and no
: rendering problems that I see
: - IE6/Win2K/1024x768 & 1280x1024. Resizes nicely in IE.
: Netscape 4.73 on same platform is pretty boring but it's obvious
: you've taken pains to get all the content there...nice work.

Thanks.

: Thought the font was a little small then realized my 17" secondary
: monitor is starting to really fuzz out on me...it has good days
: and bad days. :-)

I'm a bit worried about this... A few people have had drastic font size problems.
They seem to be mainly in IE, when people forget they've changed the text-size from
within the browser. I don't think the problem is so terrible that the font may be an
odd size, but that when it is an odd size, it makes the layout break. It seems to be
from having fixed width containing blocks and resizable contents. I suppose I could
define the widths of the divs in em s... I've just never done that. Does that sound
right?

: Only thing I'd suggest is perhaps changing "F.A.Q.'s" in the left
: menu to "FAQs", or at least drop the apostrophe (which indicates
: possession rather than plurals) to make it "F.A.Q.s".

Good suggestion. It's done. Thanks.

: A great site - I'm usually in awe of jac's designs, and this one
: ranks right up there with hers for simplicity and visual appeal.

Believe me, I'm in the same boat. And I'm generally in awe of Jac's designs too. I
really believe that my design style has evolved around a working knowlege of CSS.
Most of the design elements in this site are based on my thoughts on what I could do
with a standards compliant CSS based design... no magic involved.

Thanks Very Much,
Stephen
