I don't think I made the problem clear enough, Michael. The whole process is
done in PHP with the mail() function. It is activate once daily by the
server.

I found some new code today that may solve the problem. I'll know tomorrow.

I think you have isolated the problem.  MIME TYPE instructions.  Mime
instructions in e-mail do much the same as in a web site, for a HTML
e-mail program they instruct the mail reader how to display the
attachment in the message window.

Try sending your client the CVS file attachment without the mime
instructions, the same way you send an image attached file.

Just to be cautious keep in mind there are 2 ways to send an attachment
by pasting the file in the compose window (inline), or by attaching the
file to the message (click the "Attach" button above your compose window.
