You'll need a network card in each computer, a hub, and a bunch of CAT-5
cables to connect everything up.

You'll also have to set up one PC as a gateway, but rather than just
connecting a Windows box to the net and turning on Internet Connection
Sharing, a better idea is to use something like Smoothwall
(www.smoothwall.org).

If you're buying things for this, make sure you get 100Mbps or 10/100
switchable - it hardly costs anything more but runs 10 times as fast.
