The answer is still pretty much the same. You are violating a network
policy. Most networks restricts the number of simultaneous logins. (Are you
logged into more than one machine on that network?) Or you've failed to
change your password when required (that will result in a lockout). Or the
cap key or fast fingers are mistyping either you user name or the password 3
times and then you are out (windows default behavior).

Other possibilities would depend on network policy. Have you talked to the
admins? Maybe it's your day to be picked on. (that is an admin joke)
