Thanks, Brewnetty and Yumin.  I already checked several ISP list/directory. 
Nothing other than JoiInternet stood out for me and nowhere I could find 
real usage reference.  I just need some real usage reference or experience 
from real users like you guys, so I can choose from there. So far, I am 
considering SBCYahoo DSL for $26.95/mo.  Any pro/con comments?  Thanks
