You have been complaining about this before, and I was always amazed that there are 
people who would actually having a problem accessing your site...

You solved this "problem" with the new help-box quite well, I'd say. 

;-) 
 But on the other hand, those that haven't figured it out before, I wonder,
 will they understand what the '?' stands for?
