Yumin, to get the real address of the sender, and the domain look at the full header of the email ( view source).
You have three choices: 1.If they are all coming from the same address (unlikely) add it to your blocked list 2.If they are all coming from the same domain (again unlikely) report to [EMAIL PROTECTED] or add the domain to your blocked list 3. Download a spam filter and set up a rule to delete these at the server level ( I use mailwasher myself) Two other points: (a)If your have your email on any web pages make sure that it is cloaked, this will help but is not human proof........ If your email address is up and has not been cloaked and you have more addresses available consider changing it, but cloak it first! (b) email addresses can be spoofed very easily, check any firewall textbook/web sites for a full description of the header mechanisms hth www.WellingtonLive.co.nz ----- Original Message ----- From: "Yumin" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Sent: Thursday, November 20, 2003 4:06 AM Subject: [wdvltalk] "Virus email" continuing --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free.
