I agree with KoaFar on the "imbalance" afforded by the color relationships between sidebar and main content areas. Perhaps a little experimentation with color... maybe swap the content and menu area colors and use the thin green pinstripe (as on the top logo header) on the vertical borders of the menu area and the left border of the dark green right shim area.
Another, more troubling (to me at least) issue is the way the menu items wrap. The longer items (Euro Source Home, Driving Directions, etc.) wrap disconcertingly and, well, unattractively, when I size my IE client area anything under 1000 pixels. No problem on my 1154-wide resolution, except that I seldom full-screen my browser, and likely a persistent issue for those running lower resolutions.
