OK - there's a popup which comes up straight away on the votepage unless you've already been to the site... I need to think about this one - I think personally it's "drop the Dead Pop-Up" time, & a good thing too...I couldn't preload images on the files that had it...

Franni, I sure hope this is a result of my configurations but I get completely blank pages for whsmith on opera7.1, ie6 and firebird0.7. On each of these I've got popup blockers active. On a machine without the blocker, ie6 works fine.
The site looks good when I can see it.

Due to client's paranoia about the shortlist getting out, much as I would have valued input, couldn't ask for comments before... but thank you everyone who helped along the way couldn't have done it without you all.
I'm still tweaking it, only 3 foot of amendments left... but tis up & running! Your comments really would be welcome on anything but the colo(u)r as I sit here in the final throes italicizing this & moving that by half a millimetre...& ponder on the rework of the Teen Choice section...
