Dear Jan and rudy, Thanks for all the information. I've been through hell and back since last night...
My IE 5.0 come back from the dead while I was searching for IE 6.0 downloads. This was hysterical... Then, having decided to make the jump to download and install IE 6, I could only get the IE 6.0 service package wherever I went! Including the Internet Explorer web site. But of course, silly me, I forgot to go straight to evolt.org...duh! I've found it now but my goodness, 77 megabytes on a dial-up....ummmm, I think not! I'll go buy .net mag tomorrow for 7 euros and voil! I currently have Opera 5 and 6, Moz 1.5 and my beloved, cranky old NS 4.77....I saw Enigma on www.searchalot.com/browser.htm.... I wonder how that is? I think that I really want Firefox...I love my Bat too much to get Thunderbird...(may my Eudora Pro rest in peace)...Camino looks interesting...I like having a bunch of browsers... Off to download Firebird 0.8 - it seems like a manageable size...and then Moz 1.6... Thanks very much!
