When I've been testing sometimes I forget to return the browser to "medium" and get quite a shock when I was testing something that turned out to have a fixed px/pt size and later open it to a site that uses relative sizing. I've had a complaint that from some PCs the text looks "smaller", while on another PC it looks to be the default size.
