The footer with the blue bg and the links. When I mouse over a link and the box appears around it (css I presume) it is causing the other links to move slightly, you might want to stop that from happening? Also the footer below that (with the University logo's / info) I would like to see that 'boxed in' in some way. Nice site, once again I am envious of your design skills!!
