Pradeep, So, you have a network connection between the two servers, but no internet connection sharing set up? That's a bit odd... seems like you should be able to. In any case, I think that'll be the route you'll need to pursue. The alternative to downloading a patch directly to a machine is to set up something like MicroSoft's SMS [1], but from what I understand of the old SMS (pre win2k3), it can be a bit unwieldy and has a massive learning curve.
