I was with One + One for a while, but their customer support is abysmal (trying to get them to perform a cold boot of my server was WAY too hard). I'm now with Bytemark hosting (http://www.bytemark.co.uk/) and, so far, they've been great. I've got a virtual dedicated server for about �16/month, which means I can do whatever I want with it. On the couple of occasions I've needed to speak to them, Matthew has been more than helpful (they're only a two-man team!).
