[wdvltalk] layout issue Netscape mac

I am trying to figure out why my layout is not rendering properly in 
Netscape 7.0 Mac (client's browser). My columns are not clearing and 
I suspect it could be something to do with the tables I've included 
in the layout?

The way I would like it to work is here:

white jpg, and it is color)
