How about a script on the ASP-equipped server which writes the HTML to a
file? You could run it via a scheduled task or simply call it whenever the
client uploads another newsletter.

Of course you're then faced with getting the HTML file over to the other
server, but if you have FTP access I imagine you can script that as well
(you certainly can in PHP, but I don't do ASP so I wouldn't know for sure).
