I had a similar request from a client a few months ago. All I could find was fetch. With regard to having her edit the page, what I did was give the client a list of simple html tags (<p>, <b>, etc..) that would be sufficient for the sort of editing he would be doing to the pages. I also told him repeatedly only to edit inside the commented area. Unfortunately he didnt listen and now the site is pretty messy.
