I have an external but it's hooked up to the desktop not the laptop where I'm having the problem. Yes, I'm on a wireless network. Only thing I can think of that's different is that uninstalled Norton's firewall and anti-virus and installed ZoneAlarm and AVG. I have no idea what you even mean by how many programs it's set up to move. I have never messed with anything in this program, whatever the default is, is what I'm using.
