If you are a an e-commerce site the critical factor is not the current exchange rate at the time the surfer looks at the page, but the time of your receipt of payment and the rate applicable on conversion of the payment...... e.g.: if at this moment you display a price in USD and receive payment in 45 days time, and the USD has depreciated 35% in that time against the AUD (quite possible) what has happened to your margin?
