Our SIG is part of the Houston Area League of PC Users which has something like 2,000 members. The various web related SIGs have a total membership of around 200 but mine in theory has 96. That's the number of people who subscribe to the mail list but it is rare for us to have more than 20-25 members at a meeting.

I had never heard of it. On checking, there is another web design group for my city already there! And one of our members belongs! It only has 6 members-- so I am now trying to research why they felt the need for a separate group (perhaps they didn't know about us before starting up) Anyway, you said you belong to a SIG--can you give me any details of how successful this group is, what they do, etc. Do they have a web site? ____ The WDVL Discussion List from WDVL.COM ____ To Join wdvltalk, Send An Email To: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] or use the web interface http://e-newsletters.internet.com/discussionlists.html/ Send Your Posts To: [email protected] To change subscription settings, add a password or view the web interface: http://intm-dl.sparklist.com/read/?forum=wdvltalk ________________ http://www.wdvl.com _______________________ You are currently subscribed to wdvltalk as: [email protected] To unsubscribe send a blank email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] To unsubscribe via postal mail, please contact us at: Jupitermedia Corp.
