Peter,

A google for "HIV sterilization" brings up a first hit from the CDC (center for disease control) on the subject:

<http://64.233.161.104/search?q=cache:eX8E4C_-vkUJ:www.cdc.gov/ncidod/hip/STERILE/hivsteri.htm+HIV+sterilization&hl=en&client=firefox-a>
(via Google's cache, the page is having issues)

In particular:

6. Extraordinary attempts to disinfect walls, floors, or other environmental surfaces are not necessary. However, cleaning and removal of soil should be done routinely. An inexpensive environmental surface germicide effective against HIV is a solution of sodium hypochlorite (1 part household bleach to 99 parts water or 1/4 cup bleach to 1 gallon of water) prepared daily. Bleach, however, is corrosive to metals (especially aluminum) and should not be used to decontaminate medical instruments with metallic parts.

They claim that their cleaning kills AIDS Virus!! If so, tell them to dump the tattoos and sell this cleaning stuff (after patenting it of course!!!!)

If this claim was made by any company such as theirs in the UK the Trading Standards Council, Advertising Standards Authority and every other regulatory body would be down on them like a ton of bricks for making this claim!

*cough*
