I use www.whatthefont.com whenever I'm stuck for IDing a font. It looks a little like the Theo Balmer font family but it's hard to say with such a small source image... http://www.myfonts.com/fonts/urw/theo-ballmer/ Even if it isn't, you could probably get away with using it as a substitute if you're changing all the links.
