I see what you mean. In IE WinXP Home it's fine, but in FireFox the arrowhead at the bottom of the vertical scrollbar extends below the view port. This seems to cure the problem.

html, body {
   margin:0px;
   height:96%;
}

It cures the problem on a PC. I can't tell you how mac browsers will respond. Perhaps someone else can check it.
