Something strange in a web mail account. I can send mails from the account and they arrive. I can send mails to the account and they disppear into the void. They are not returned and they do not get forwarded to the designated POP3 box.
My first thought is are you positive the ones that are getting lost are addressed to the proper email addy? May not be bouncing if it's going to a real account but the wrong account so someone else is actually getting them. Is it possible the recipient has fluke-y server problems? If you're sending html email, some people/providers have the mail set up to have an anti-spam program intercept it. Might be that the recipient has a spam or other filter inadvertently set up and it's actually arriving but landing in a wrong box/folder and going there and they don't see it in their inbox and haven't checked other boxes. I'm just thinking out loud of possibilities.
You might ask the host to do a trace on a lost e or two. That might tell ya what's going on.
