I am just preparing a template for an e-book since the program I have been using produces far too big a file (6.5Mb in pdf for an html folder under 1Mb). I want to make an A5 size page to convert to pdf (and later to .exe and other ebook types). I'm working to simple tables.
Two questions. How do I set the page size - the best measures and the wisest numbers? (presumably limits to table size, but are there problems?). and for pdf in particular what is the best way of including css?
