Anyone running an e-Commerce site? Am interested to know about buying
trends. Do your stats seem to indicate a trend about when and how much
people spend?
Or, have you run across any particularly good articles about this?
(I have a client who frequently is concerned that sales are down because of
some technical issue. The sales manager doesn't believe that it has to do
with a technical issue at all. This is a site that I just inherited. The
shopping cart, which was built from scratch, is overly complex and the code
convoluted, in my opinion. I still haven't really figured out what is being
done in much of it. However, the site/cart appears to be working, even if
the code is less than perfect.)
