Hey i am sort of new at web design. Can anyone suggest some good free web
authoring software with help files. I an interested in HTML PHP CSS and
Database management software.

code domains were x.co.country and not x.com.county.

Considering that a lot of spam is sent from .MX domains (at least, a lot of
the spam that my servers get hammered with), I have to raise at least one
eyebrow at this request. Okay, I'll raise them both...
