Apologies - I missed copying the last bit of the message which is the
URL to a site giving more details!

From there you can go to another site run by a Google engineer. It
seems from that BMW have backed down and removed the offending
material - as has Ricoh. Google has guidelines for Search Engine
Optimisation firms that are freely available it seems - but no URL
given for the English Language edition!
